Panda3DS is an HLE, red-panda-themed Nintendo 3DS emulator written in C++ which started out as a fun project out of curiosity, but evolved into something that can sort of play games!
The Windows and Linux version play pretty smoothly and have decent compatibility, yet do not currently have sound support.
I found the Mac and Android version to be way to slow. Games were unplayable on my Mac Mini M2 as well as my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
