Nintendo of America filed a lawsuit against Tropic Haze LLC, the creators of the Nintendo Switch emulator Yuzu and Nintendo 3DS emulator Citra. Tropic Haze LLC has agreed to pay $2,400,000 in damages and was ordered to remove their website as well as all access to binaries and source code. Since this court order is within the jurisdiction of the United States and so are myself and servers, I have no choice but to remove these files to avoid any legal action.
Both emulators do not contain any illegal code but require illegal versions of encryption keys. This, and the fact that over a million copies of "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" were downloaded and playable on Yuzu and Citra before the official launch, may have been what lead to the lawsuit.
