nJoy was written in C++, compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. nJoy uses SDL for joysticks, mouse and keyboard. For the graphical interface plain Win32 code was used.

I think this is a 64 bit version of the plugin ... it came with the latest svn build of Dolphin 64bit version and is a different size than the 32bit version.
