ArcadeEPIC did'nt want to play nice on my system. Screen kept resizing and locking up. Setup was easy and some features are:

Uses mamu's icons, Built in Jukebox, Built in Screensaver, Built in movie player, and Layout Designer.

May be a good frontend once the bugs are worked out.

Update: Does not appear to work with more recent releases of MAME.
