Project X 88000 is a NEC PC-8801 computer emulator. 

Almost all the software I tested ran well.

You will need the PC-8801 firmware but it is easy to find - (It's in the MAME ROM set).
To run software simply load a disk(s) and reset the emulator. You may have to experiment with the different BASIC modes to get the software to load.
