MEWUI (Mame Extended Windows User Interface) is basically the official MAME with a much improved UI (User Interface).
* Display full list of games
* Display snapshot, cabinets, etc... in game selection menu
* Display history, mameinfo in ingame menu
* Options to filter the list of games
If this version does not work try MEWUI - Mac (sdlframework).
MEWUI has been incorperated into MAME.
