Emu64 is a Commodore 64 Emulator that supports emulation of the floppy VC-1541-II, Datasette VC-1530, CRT cartridge extension, andREU 1764 (2MB).
Supports most C64 formats and appears to have excellent compatibility.
Notes
There is a somewhat outdated wiki available at https://www.c64-wiki.de/wiki/Emu64. It is written in German but translates well with Google Chrome (Right click ... translate to ...)
This download file ↓ is an AppImage and will run on just about any Linux disto.
Make it executable
$ chmod a+x "File_Name".AppImage
and run
$ ./"File_Name".AppImage
