SnesPSP TYL is the best of the bunch. There are currently two versions:

* SnesPSP TYL
o Runs in user mode

* SnesPSP TYL me
o runs in kernel mode and offloads the sound processing to the Media Engine allowing for better performance. (this one)

I never see the PSP anymore, but my wife tells me this one works great.
