Very easy to use... right click on the game executable and either select "run game" or "config game".
Note: DosBlaster is packaged with DOSBox v0.70. To update download the latest version and copy the executable to the DosBlaster directory.

Turbo Dos Box is a very easy and small frontend for DOSBox.
This one actually took me a couple minutes to figure out. Once you get the gist of it... it is pretty easy to use. It needs to be extracted to your DOSBox directory and contains both 32 and 64bit versions.
A nice feature is the ability to create shortcuts in the game directory itself. These can be copied and pasted to your desktop or start menu and run like normal games.
