SSF is an excellent Sega Saturn emulator.
As of release v0.07 Prototype R12 SSF requires a processor that supports SSE2 instructions.
On my P4 system with 2G of RAM and a nVidia Geforce 7600 GS this emulator runs most of my old Saturn discs at full speed with good sound.
Very impressive, give it a try.
